The Congressional Coalition on Adoption Institute is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization dedicated to raising awareness about the millions of children around the world in need of permanent, safe, and loving homes and to eliminating the barriers that hinder these children from realizing their basic right of a family. CCAI works to fulfill its mission in three key ways, they:

Educate federal policymakers about the barriers that hinder children from realizing their basic right of a family and ways they might act to eliminate them.
Facilitate opportunities for dialogue and exchange of ideas between individuals who are in a position to bring about change on behalf of children in need of safe, permanent and loving homes.
Coordinate public and private efforts to raise awareness of the needs of orphan and foster children.

The Irene E. & George A. Davis Foundation (Davis Foundation) is a private family foundation established in 1970 by the late James E. Davis and his mother, the late Irene E. Davis.
