There are several ways you can help right now, depending on your role:

Media Professional

Message: Understand that this is a story that needs to be told and that you have the power to make the lives of foster children and our society better.

Actions: Write solution-based stories. Collaborate with your colleagues to become a team of foster care reporters.

Child Welfare Professional

Message: You’re doing extremely important work; continue inspiring those who aren’t yet pursuing this cause.

Actions: Give FMC your stories and share them with local media.

General Public

Message: Understand that the system is fixable and does work, but will work better with additional legislation. Your voice and vote affects children.

Actions: Discuss foster care issues with friends and family. Mentor, foster, or adopt. Share your stories with FMC and local media.
